Lancelot Lake
International development practitioner with 25+ years advancing community infrastructure, urban planning, and climate resilience across sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. As former UN-HABITAT Chief Technical Adviser and UNDP Infrastructure Coordinator in Liberia, he directed post-conflict reconstruction programmes and emergency infrastructure initiatives funded by the World Bank and African Development Bank. A Project Management Professional (PMP) with a PhD in Environmental Science and a certification in Solar Energy System Design, he currently serves as a California Climate Action Corps Fellow focusing on community climate resilience and renewable energy strategy.

Adewale OgunBadejo
Enterprise workforce development executive with deep expertise scaling clean energy workforce systems nationally. As Vice President, Workforce Development at GRID Alternatives, he leads enterprise-wide strategy across 10+ U.S. markets and Puerto Rico — growing the annual budget from $3.6M to as much as $11.4M and expanding trainee participation by 50%+. He co-launched the Contractor Services Division and Green Contractor Alliance, building mission-aligned revenue lines exceeding $500K annually, and secured national IREC and NABCEP credentialing for GRID’s training curriculum.

Christopher Walker
Mission-driven clean energy executive with 15+ years leading strategy, policy, program implementation, and organizational growth across renewable energy, climate resilience, affordable housing, and workforce development. As Chief Policy & Programs Officer for GRID Alternatives, he leads a multibillion-dollar portfolio of clean energy and community investment initiatives serving low-income households, affordable housing residents, tribal communities, and environmental justice communities nationwide — including leadership of a $249.8 million EPA Solar for All award, the largest nonprofit-led award in U.S. history.

Kenneth Wells
CEO & Founder of O&M Solar Services, Kenneth Wells brings nine years of technical experience in solar installation and operations & maintenance as a Licensed Electrical Contractor and NABCEP Certified PV Professional. A Compton native focused on redeveloping underserved communities into sustainable green neighborhoods, he serves on the Board of Directors of the California Solar & Storage Association and chairs the SOMAH Advisory Council. His prior roles at Sunrun and Solar Provider Group, combined with workforce development leadership at GRID Alternatives, ground his approach to community-centered clean energy deployment.
